Stan Lowe

Global Chief Information Security Officer, Zscaler

Stan Lowe, a cybersecurity and technology executive, has successfully led transformational change in large, complex environments, as well as small and mid-size cybersecurity and IT organizations.

As Zscaler Global Chief Information Security Officer, Stan oversees the security of the Zscaler enterprise and works with the product and operations groups to ensure that Zscaler products and services are secure. Stan also works to educate the cyber community about Zscaler and works with customers to help them fully realize the transformative value of their Zscaler investment.

Prior to joining Zscaler, Stan served as the VP & Global Chief Information Security Officer for PerkinElmer, where he was responsible for global enterprise security and privacy. He has also been a Cyber Security Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Stan has extensive federal experience, serving as the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Security, Chief Information Security Officer, and Deputy Chief Privacy Officer, as well as Deputy Director of the Department of Defense/VA Interagency Program Office. Before joining the VA, Stan served as Chief Information Officer of the Federal Trade Commission. Stan’s public service record extends to the U.S. Department of Interior in the Bureau, the U.S. Postal Service Inspector General, and is a Veteran having served in the U.S. Navy in various ships and stations around the world.

Stan has also served as an executive in several technology startups, and currently serves on several boards advising on cybersecurity. He is a frequent speaker and writer on security topics.

Kabir Barday

Kabir Barday is a Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP US/E, CIPM, CIPT), and Chief Executive Officer of OneTrust. Since founding the company, Barday has led OneTrust to significant growth achievements and unprecedented multi-national performance in the privacy risk management and compliance sector. The enterprise privacy management software is used by more than 1,500 global organizations , including 200 of the Global 2,000, to comply with data privacy regulations across sectors and jurisdictions.

Known throughout the industry as a strategic thinker and innovator, Barday created the OneTrust software platform with the growing regulatory environment in mind. Barday oversees all aspects of OneTrust’s product development, operations, and sales, and is the driving force behind the business’ impressive international expansion.

Prior to OneTrust, Barday served as Director of Product Management at AirWatch, which was acquired by VMware in 2014 for $1.54B. The company now serves more than 20,000 global customers and is recognized as the undisputed market leader in mobility management. While at AirWatch, Barday received the HP-IAPP’s Most Innovative Privacy Technology Award after launching the Privacy First program. Privacy First, an initiative incorporated into every facet of the AirWatch Enterprise Mobility Management platform, informs product features and helps organizations comply with privacy principles while providing transparency, access, and choice to end users.

Barday is an award-winning privacy expert and has spoken at hundreds of leading industry events including IAPP Global Privacy Summit, Gartner Symposium Itxpo, Forrester Privacy and Security Forum, RSA Conference, Infosecurity Europe, and more. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a concentration in Networking and Devices and Entrepreneurship from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Neil Thacker

CISO, EMEA and Data Protection Officer, Netskope

Neil holds 20+ years experience in the Information Security industry with 10 years of financial services experience in the insurance and banking arena.  Neil is a member of the ENISA Threat Landscape stakeholder group where he contributes to the EU agency program alongside CERTs to position the threat landscape, offer mitigation advice and threat analysis innovation.  Neil is also co-founder and board member of the Security Advisor Alliance, a not-for-profit organization formed to help security leaders in their role, engage and support interest in the infosec industry and offer advice and tools to move organizations towards improved risk and data-centric strategies.

Nathaly Rey

Head of EMEA Data Protection and Compliance, Google Cloud

Nathaly is a privacy and security lawyer with extensive experience in regulatory compliance. She holds an LL.M. on IT Law, and a Ph.D. in Cloud Computing and Privacy.

Before joining Google Cloud, Nathaly led the Spanish Association of Information Security (ISMS Forum) and worked as a Senior Associate at Ecija, advising multinational corporations on a wide range of privacy and security matters, from global compliance programs to audits, IT outsourcing, and cross-border data flows. Certified Data Privacy Professional (CDPP) and Certified Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK). She’s co- founder of the Cloud Security Alliance Spanish Chapter and professor at the IE’s Business School Master in Cybersecurity.
